SHP-77 保留了SCLC的重要特征，具有稳定的生物化学特性，可以连续培养。该细胞系是小细胞肺癌中一种不常见的未分化大细胞突变体。 它虽然具有突变体的形态，但保持了经典SCLC的生化特性。电子显微镜观察发现存在腺体形成和胞浆内板层体(intracytoplasmic lamellar bodies)。这些细胞表达神经内分泌标记物L-多巴脱羧酶和致密核心分泌颗粒(dense core secretory granules)。SHP-77可用做检测51Cr和111In释放对体外细胞及裸鼠体内毒性的靶标，用于评估肺癌患者的细胞和血清的免疫反应水平。该细胞可用于评估接受放射或化学疗法治疗的SCLC患者的免疫状况。 细胞质控检测（可提供检测报告）： 1) 支原体检测结果：阴性 2) 细菌检测结果：阴性 3) 真菌检测结果：阴性 4) 经STR检测无误。STR鉴定结果为：Amelogenin: X,X；CSF1PO: 10,11；D13S317: 8,8；D16S539: 11,11；D5S818: 12,12；D7S820: 11,11；TH01: 7,7；TPOX: 9,11；vWA: 16,16。 |

人小细胞肺癌细胞 SHP-77 完全培养液（目录号：SCSP-653）配方： RPMI 1640培养基 (Gibco, 货号11875093)：90% 胎牛血清FBS (Gibco)：10% 参考传代比例：1:2-1:3 参考传代周期：4-6天 参考换液频率：每2-3天换液 冻存液配方：完全培养液95%，DMSO 5% 培养条件：气相：空气95%，二氧化碳5%；温度：37摄氏度。 细胞运输方式：活细胞保温运输或冻存管干冰运输。 【注意事项】该细胞传代时可以轻轻拍打细胞培养瓶侧面十余次，将悬浮的细胞进行收集离心，以40万~50万/ mL的密度重悬传代。轻轻拍打后仍贴壁未悬浮的细胞则丢弃，不收集传代。 |
