L-929细胞是于1948年3月建立的NCTC clone 929(小鼠结缔组织)，细胞系L的克隆。细胞系L是最早建立的连续培养细胞系之一，是从一只100日龄的雄性C3H/An小鼠的正常皮下疏松结缔组织入脂肪组织中建立的亲本细胞系L。而clone 929是其最早的克隆株，通过毛细管法分离单细胞从而在第95代的细胞系L的基础上建立了clone 929。检测发现L-929细胞鼠痘病毒阴性。该细胞系可用于毒性试验及是一个合适的转染宿主。细胞引进入库保种冻存5代并提供。 细胞在本库通过支原体检测（可供检测报告）。 ①该细胞DNA进行小鼠细胞STR分型结果显示，该细胞为小鼠细胞。DNA扩增后图谱清晰，分型结果良好：1-1：10；1-2：17；2-1：9；3-2：13, 14；4-2：20.3；5-5：14；6-4：17, 18；6-7：12；7-1：25, 26, 27；8-1：16；11-2：15, 16；12-1：16；13-1：17.1；15-3：24.3, 25.3, 26.3；17-2：15；18-3：16；19-2：12；X-1：26, 27。 ②该细胞与ExPASy中NCTC clone 929细胞的STR数据匹配率为96.15%。 ③该细胞未发现存在人源细胞污染。 |

小鼠成纤维细胞NCTC clone 929 [L cell, L-929, derivative of Strain L]完全培养液（目录号：MD49）组分： MEM(含NEAA)培养基(GIBCO货号：10370021)，90%；热灭活马血清(GIBCO货号：26050-070)，10%。 气相：空气，95%；二氧化碳，5%。 温度：37摄氏度。 培养参考：细胞消化时间2-3min。传代比例1:2，传代周期2-3天 冻存液配方：完全培养液92%，DMSO 8% 细胞运输方式：活细胞可保温运输或干冰冻存管。 注意事项： L-929细胞生长呈多边形细胞和少量圆形贴壁细胞，10%马血清状态会更好，如果使用FBS培养细胞生长中圆形细胞数量会增加。 |
