BALB/3T3 克隆 A31 是 从分离的 14 至 17 天龄 BALB/c 胚胎中开发的细胞系。细胞分裂对接触抑制特别敏感，生长需高倍数稀释，饱和浓度低，对癌基因DNA病毒SV40和小鼠肉瘤病毒高度易感。BALB/3T3 clone A31对接触抑制非常敏感。建议在细胞生长80%前进行传代培养。在细胞密度稀时细胞呈细长状，呈成纤维细胞样;细胞不是颗粒状的，但可能含有多个核仁。然而，如果让细胞生长到100%的融合下保持一段时间，细胞就会呈现出更扁平的上皮样(鹅卵石)形态，细胞会变得非常粒状并停止生长。检测发现鼠痘病毒阴性。 细胞在本库通过支原体检测阴性（可供检测报告）。 细菌检测结果：阴性；真菌检测结果：阴性 细胞在本库通过STR种属污染鉴定：该株细胞为小鼠细胞，没有人源及其他物种细胞污染。 STR鉴定结果如下： 1-1： 16 16 1-2： 17 17 2-1： 16 16 3-2： 14 14 4-2： 21.3 21.3 5-5： 14 14 6-4： 18 18 6-7： 12 12 7-1： 25.2 25.2 8-1： 13 13 11-2： 17 17 12-1： 16 16 13-1： 15.2 16.2 15-3： 22.3 22.3 17-2： 15 16 18-3： 18 18 19-2： 14 14 X-1： 25 25 |

小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞BALB/3T3 clone A31完全培养液（目录号MD02）组分： DMEM培养基(GIBCO货号：10566016)，90%；优质胎牛血清，10%。 气相：空气，95%；二氧化碳，5%。 温度：37摄氏度。 培养参考：细胞消化时间2-3min。传代比例1:2，传代周期3-4天 冻存液配方：完全培养液92%，DMSO 8% 细胞运输方式：活细胞可保温运输或干冰冻存管。 |
