C3H/10T1/2，clone8是从C3H小鼠胚胎细胞系中分离出来的具有成纤维细胞形态的细胞系。此细胞对过度长满的细胞有丝分裂抑制非常敏感，在同源小鼠中不产生肿瘤，无自然转化的背景，也不含明显内源性转化鼠类白血病或肉瘤病毒。细胞接触敏感的。本库引进时明确代数为10代。 细胞在本库通过支原体检测阴性（可供检测报告）。 细菌检测结果：阴性；真菌检测结果：阴性 在本库通过STR种属污染鉴定：该株细胞为小鼠细胞，没有人源及其他物种细胞污染。 STR分型结果如下： 1-1： 10 10 1-2： 16 16 2-1： 9 9 3-2： 14 14 4-2： 20.3 20.3 5-5： 15 15 6-4： 18 18 6-7： 12 12 7-1： 26 26 8-1： 15 15 11-2： 16 16 12-1： 16 16 13-1： 17.1 17.1 15-3： 25.3 25.3 17-2： 14 14 18-3： 16 16 19-2： 12 12 X-1： 26 26 |

小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞C3H/10T1/2, Clone 8完全培养液（目录号：MD02）组分： DMEM培养基(GIBCO货号：10566016)，90%；优质胎牛血清，10%。 气相：空气，95%；二氧化碳，5%。 温度：37摄氏度。 培养参考：细胞消化时间2-3min。传代比例1:2，传代周期2-3天 冻存液配方：完全培养液92%，DMSO 8% 细胞运输方式：活细胞可保温运输装置或干冰冻存管。 注意事项： C3H/10T1/2, Clone 8细胞呈长梭形且多层生长。胞体有黑点属于正常现象。 |
