1967年五月E. Klein and G. Klein从一位16岁黑人男性Burkitt's淋巴瘤患者建立了Daudi细胞株。表面免疫球蛋白阳性(sIg+)。Β2-微球蛋白阴性，EBNA阳性，并有衣壳抗原VCA。细胞株携带EB病毒。Daudi是典型的B淋巴母细胞，广泛应用于白血病发生机理的研究。 细胞在本库通过支原体检测阴性（可供检测报告）。 细菌检测结果：阴性；真菌检测结果：阴性 细胞在本库通过STR检测无误（可供检测报告）。 STR鉴定结果： Amelogenin: X,Y D5S818:8,13 D13S317: 11,12 D7S820: 8,10 D16S539: 10,12 vWA: 15,17 TH01: 6,7 TPOX: 8,11 CSF1PO: 12 D19S433: 12,14 D21S11: 34,35 D18S51: 16,18 |
