MDA-MB-468是一株具有上皮形态的细胞系，从51岁黑人女性乳腺转移性腺癌患者的胸腔积液中分离出来。这些细胞在乳腺癌和免疫肿瘤学研究中有应用。虽然供组织者的G6PD等位基因杂合，但此细胞株始终表现为G6PD A表型。据报道 MDA-MB-468 细胞为 EＲ( － ) /PＲ( － ) /Her-2( － ) 的三阴性乳腺癌细胞。此细胞引进入库保种冻存精准代数为P22代。 细胞在本库通过支原体检测阴性（可供检测报告）。 细菌检测结果：阴性；真菌检测结果：阴性 细胞在本库通过STR检测无误（可供检测报告）。 STR鉴定结果： Amelogenin: X D5S818:12 D13S317: 12 D7S820: 8 D16S539: 9 vWA: 18 TH01: 7 TPOX: 8,9 CSF1PO: 12 D19S433: 12,13 D21S11: 27,28 D18S51: 17 |

人乳腺癌细胞MDA-MB-468完全培养液（目录号MD06）组分： L-15培养基(GIBCO货号：11415064)，90%；优质胎牛血清，10%。 气相：空气，100%。 温度：37摄氏度。 培养参考：细胞消化时间3-5min。传代比例1:2，传代周期2-3天 冻存液配方：完全培养液92%，DMSO 8% 细胞运输方式：活细胞可保温装置运输或干冰冻存管。 注意事项： （1）MDA-MB-468细胞使用的L-15基础培养液必须在没有CO2平衡的环境中培养细胞。不能在普通的5% CO2细胞培养箱中培养。 （2）该细胞胞体有黑点是正常现象。 |
